Insert Coin have created a new exciting cloud gamification engine that is capable of delivering a completely dynamic and gamified user experience based on real-time data processing. As the list of gamified clients grows larger so does the need for skilled co-workers. Therefore Insert Coin is now looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the team and continue advancing what we in-house like to call GWEN, our own Gamify the World ENgine.

As a senior Technical Project Manager you will be in charge of the process of making the technical implementations of our gamification API GWEN a success, by working closely with our Chief Experience Officer and the rest of the CX team and the Tech team to provide the best possible experience for our clients during the implementation phase and ensure the company’s long-term strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Evaluate and improve our implementation process from your previous experience of successfully leading technical teams
  • Lead and facilitate the technical part of our implementation process
  • Build relationships with and support external developers in our client’s tech teams during the implementation process. You work closely with our product team to make sure that our clients get the right support at the right time during their implementation of GWEN. 
  • Work together with the rest of the CX-team to create the best possible experience of GWEN for our clients. 
  • Foster and spread a best practice mentality and great culture within the team

Who you are

  • You have a passion for technology and product development
  • You are an experienced leader within tech (3+ yrs) with strong social skills. 
  • You create great structure for yourself and the people around you
  • You are curious about working in a fast paced startup-environment
  • Previous experience of working as a developer is a plus
